Fitted sheets offer extra support throughout the night in addition to protecting and comforting your mattress. When you toss and turn or share a bed with a partner, along with the wrong fitted sheet measurements, you can wake up tangled!
How do you make sure a fitted sheet stays on a bed? No matter what your bed size or depth is, we’ll help you sleep well tonight.

What is a Fitted Sheet?
To prevent dirt from accumulating on heavy bedding (like a mattress or duvet), deep fitted sheets and flat sheets work together. Flat and fitted sheets are easier to wash than heavy bedding. As a result, they double as a luxurious sleeping layer and a bedding buffer against sweat, dust, and bacteria.
Rather than just covering your mattress, deep fitted sheet has elasticized edges and corner seams that hug and secure your mattress in place. Fitted sheets won’t move around under you when you sleep.
Fitted Bedsheets Can Help You Sleep Better
A lack of sleep can have long-term effects on our brains and bodies, preventing them from functioning optimally. Uncomfortable bedding can interrupt your sleep, preventing you from waking up feeling refreshed.
Bedding, along with taking care of your mental and physical health, is one of the best ways to get a good night’s sleep. Adjusting your sleep environment and evening routine can often resolve disgruntled sleep. If you’re a serious sleeper, make sure you choose bed linen that prioritizes quality, cleanliness, and comfort.
It is not an idea to visit your doctor if your sleeping routine (or lack thereof) starts to concern you.
1. Measure your Mattress:
To begin, you should first measure your mattress and check out the full dimensions on the website. To measure vertically from the bottom seam to the top of the mattress, start at one of the corners of the mattress and use a measuring tape.
If you’re using a mattress topper (or your mattress already includes one), you’ll need to measure or know the top seam of the topper to the bottom. Our recommendation is to use a depth of 40cm to allow for plenty of room.
2. Choose the Good Fabric for Fitted Sheets:
Since there are so many bedding options available on the market, you can choose the material for fitted sheets according to your preferences. A large number variety of colours, styles, and patterns are also available to choose from. With the wide variety of fabrics available, you can transform your bedroom in plenty of ways with a simple fitted sheet set.
3. Egyptian Cotton:
Fitted sheets made from Egyptian cotton are the best. Among other things, it stands out for its softness, durability, and breathability. Due to the unique drape of Egyptian cotton, sheets made of 100 per cent pure cotton have a soft touch. Due to Egyptian cotton’s long staples, each fibre is quite strong, long, and fine.
Microfiber sheets are among the most luxurious, ultra-soft, and cosy fabrics available. Fibres in this synthetic material are ultra-thin, giving it excellent durability and a silky feel that rivals silk.
Microfiber sheets are more popular than cotton or linen sheets among customers who want a different material to sleep on. If you’re looking for budget-friendly sheets, microfiber will be your new best friend. Moreover, the fabric is soft and easy to wash, providing a comfortable night’s sleep.
Silk allows you to sleep comfortably because it moisturizes your skin, reduces wrinkles, and keeps your hair healthy. The ability to regulate your body’s temperature makes it a great choice for a fitted sheet in the summer.
4. Find Your Corner Seams
Deep Fitted Sheet has seams running from the top corner of your mattress to the bottom corner. If you want to save space, fold your sheet in half (lengthwise) once you’ve identified your corners.
The bottom two corners should make corner pockets once they are folded in half.
5. Make a Rectangle
Make sure that the rounded elastic edges face you now that you have created straight lines with your first folds. Bring your hands together while holding the corner pockets and fold the sheet in half. As in the previous step, fold the corners together.
Fold your sheet into thirds until you get a rectangular shape. You will have to fold your sheet a certain number of times, depending on its size. To ensure straight folded lines, straighten out loose edges and complete your little parcel.
6. Final Folds
We’ve now got a rectangle that is longer than it is wide. Let’s tuck it into its final shape. Place or put the sheet on a flat surface and fold one of the sides (about a third of the sheet) into the middle. Overlap the other outer third. Sit back and admire your perfectly folded fitted sheet.
